To update your contact information, go to your Profile, make the necessary changes, and click “Update” to save.

To perform a bulk search, click the bulk search button. Then enter multiple ticker or entities into the input area to perform the search.

4. Is there a limit to how many entities or tickers I can search at once?

Yes, the system processes up to 20 items in a single bulk search.

5. What should I expect if the entity/ticker I searched returns no results?

If no results appear in your search, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. How long do I have access to the platform?

Your account will be automatically deactivated if you do not log in within 90 days from your last login date. Please ensure you log in regularly to avoid deactivation.
